This free, hands-on workshop invites middle and high school students (ages 12+) to create their own interpretation of the Knotted Gun. The event is led by The Non-Violence Project North America Foundation, who work globally to inspire young people through education, creative tools, and community-based programs. One design from this workshop will be selected and developed into a permanent sculpture in National Sawdust's lobby. Free to attend. All materials and pizza included. Space is limited. RSVP now.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
The Knotted Gun is one of the most recognized symbols of nonviolence in the world. Created by Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd in memory of John Lennon in 1980, it has been reimagined by artists, musicians, and cultural figures across generations — and today stands in more than 30 locations worldwide, from the UN to major public spaces, where it continues to spark conversation and inspire action.
Now it's your turn.
