Confessional, raw, poetic-alt-art-pop-piano in Spanish. From Chile to the world. Francisca is one of the boldest and daring artists of her generation in the Spanish language. From Santiago, Chile, to the world, album after album, era after era, she explores themes that are tremendously personal and intimate, raw, in an unapologetic confessional, poetic, piano-based form, with stories and truths that are very universal and compelling.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
She has done something different in her industry- she is an independent artist that creates and promotes her music at her own rhythm. She writes, composes, plays instruments, performs, creatively directs her career and artwork, has directed her music videos and collaborates with her team on her independent label FRANTASTIC, day in and day out, carefully carving out a new space in alt pop latinx music and promoting a unique, original paradigm as a musician, creator and entrepreneur.
Her last album, Adentro (INSIDE) was considered among the best of 2023 by Variety and Rolling Stone and her work with Ruidosa (her festival + platform, more below) has been covered-on a full page in the New York Times-, among other highlights.
She’s obtained four Latin Grammy nominations, toured throughout the continent and has had collaborations with artists such Mon Laferte, Miranda!, Portugal the Man, Francisca is also a current global face for L’Oreal and has collaborated in the world of beauty and fashion.
But Fran’s commitment and vision goes beyond: she is also the founder and director of Ruidosa Fest, a feminist, interdisciplinary, latinx festival and platform festival that celebrates the voices, project and champions gender equity and diversity within the latin american music industry since 2016. Ruidosa is a 30,000 person festival in Santiago, once a year, and has a yearly event at New York City Lincoln’s Center, in addition to events and activities throughout the whole Latin American region and US and Spain. Ruidosa (which means to rumble, make noise, in feminine form) has counted with the participation of artists and creatives such as Pussy Riot, Mon Laferte, Lila Downs, Yendry, Empress Of, Carla Morrison, Jessica Hopper and many, many others.
Ruidosa has not only championed pioneering, award winning research, but also has impacted legislation and law making efforts for more equality and diversity.
